Alex Phillips, 17, from Wisconsin, and his girlfriend, 16, broke up. He was angry so he posted her sexy photos in his MySpace account. This girl was only identified as “YLK.”

Alex Phillips MySpace was taken down by the authorities after the concerned parties filed complaints. There were no more racy pictures of Alex Phillips’ ex-girlfriend available on the internet.

The 16 year old girl filed her police report. She explained that she emailed her sexy pictures to Alex Phillips’ email at his MySpace email.

Police asked Alex to remove the photos. When he refused, he was arrested and charged for two felonies and a misdemeanor. His charges were - possession of child pornography, sexual exploitation of a child and defamation.
